I want a Unique Piercing, What Should I Get?

Everyone wants something different and unique, but in all reality, there isn't any piercing that is completely unique and different. Someone somewhere has it or has tried to heal it, whether it's an anti-eyebrow piercing, nape piercing, corset piercing, or even a reverse navel piercing. There is no truly unique piercing.
What I suggest when looking for a new piercing, is to choose something that you like. Find a piercing that complements you.
There are many different types of piercings, so the options are definitely out there and available for your to choose from. Just keep in mind that many of the newer piercings may not be as permanent as you'd like. For example, surface piercings are not prone to successfully healing. When the practices are new, the healing and success rate is unknown.
Before you get your new piercing, I'd suggest doing your research. Even if you have loads of other piercings, it is always good to research proper procedures, jewelry, and aftercare, so that you know what to expect.
Common piercings include: lobe piercings, cartilage piercings, nose piercings, belly button piercings, eyebrow piercings, tongue piercings, and lip piercings.
Less common but popular piercings include: cheek piercings, anti-eyebrow piercings, venom piercings, snake bites, orbital piercings, surface piercings (hip piercings, wrist, nape, sternum, and clavicle piercings).
Remember the more unique that the piercing is, or the more unique that you think it is, the more potential for problems that you are likely to encounter.
