Tattoo of an Old Man

While searching for pictures of elderly people with tattoos, I ran across this old man tattoo. I was shocked that someone actually did this...

I'm not sure why it shocked me, as people do crazy things with their body, but this is definitely not a tattoo that I would every have thought of. I have seen other tattoos in the same location of the female body, but this one beats them all.

What kind of nitwit are you? This is obviously a painting. As in a representation done on paper or canvas or with electronic media. Not a real person.
